This Word add-in lets you extract the tracked changes, insertions, deletions, comments into a new document.
This makes reviewing very large documents with countless revisions and comments extremely easy.
This will help you save time and improve the quality of your corporate Word documents.

Review Large Documents

The extracted data is listed in a table including headings, sub headings, page number, paragraph number, author, and revision date.
All changes from the main text of the document and from headers, footers, footnotes, and endnotes will be listed.
You can even extract the changes from the current selection.
The extracted tracked changes and metadata will be filled into a 9-column table in a new document.

Index numbers and color shading are added to all comments to make it easy to see where each comment belongs
You can find a specific paragraph in the source document directly from the extract document with a single click of a button
