Always upgrade io installed version of Office - Displays the Visual tudio Conversion Wizard if you open a 2003 add-in project but you have 2007 installed on your PC. Office 2007 can host 2003 add-in projects so this allows you to continue and develop a 2003 add-in project even though you don't have 2003 installed. (not available for document level customisations)
