Custom Layouts
You can create your own layouts and save them in your templates and themes
Templates can now include all the layouts with a choice of 8 placeholders
Slide masters have 12 layouts by default including section slides and comparison slides.

Complete with content placeholder and apply them as easily as the built-in ones
Custom layouts are configured from within the expanded and improved slide master view

Title Master - The old title master has been replaced with one that is slightly easier to use

Placeholder
Paragraph level rulers - allow you to change settings from paragraph to paragraph within the same placeholder
Multiple columns (2 or more) in a placeholder (textbox or shape)
