Users can no longer use a PAB (Personal Address Book) file as a source for mail merge documents. Users should use their Outlook contacts instead.
Users can no longer insert a bar code into a mail merge.
The mergeable address list templates has been removed but are still available on office online.
You cannot perform a mail merge using a Works database as a source.
