Shortcut Keys

Alt + Ctrl + 1	Applies the built-in "Heading 1" style to the selection.
Alt + Ctrl + 2	Applies the built-in "Heading 2" style to the selection.
Alt + Ctrl + 3	Applies the built-in "Heading 3" style to the selection.
Ctrl + Shift + N	Applies the built-in "Normal" style to the selection.
Ctrl + Shift + L	Applies the built-in "List Bullet" style to the selection.
Ctrl + Shift + S	Activates the Style drop-down list on the Formatting toolbar / opens style task pane
Ctrl + Space	Resets the formatting back to the original paragraph style. Removes character formatting from the selection.
Alt + Ctrl + K	Start AutoFormat.
Alt + Shift + Right Arrow	Applies the next Heading style to the selection.
Alt + Shift + Left Arrow	Applies the previous Heading style to the selection.
