Fixed a problem that could cause an error when using the Export Custom Document Properties command.

Made some technical changes to force the commands Export Custom Document Properties and Update Custom Document Properties in Export Document to execute faster. As mentioned elsewhere on this website, Word 2016 and newer versions of Word are significantly slower than earlier versions of Word when it comes to execution of certain operations. The technical changes are made to handle this problem to the extent possible. The changes are most noticeable in case of handling documents with hundreds of custom document properties. In documents with e.g. fewer than 50 custom document properties, the time difference is less important.

NOTE: There is no need to upgrade from an earlier version of DocTools DocPropertyManager unless you have experienced an error with Export Custom Document Properties or unless you are working with documents with hundreds of custom document properties.

Correction made to show the correct version of the Document Properties and DocProperty Fields dialog box when selecting Manage Properties or Manage DocProperty Fields from the DocTools tab in the Ribbon.

Fixed a problem that sometimes resulted in the list in the Document Properties and DocProperty Fields dialog box being shown short when it should be long.

Improved how the Document Properties and DocProperty Fields dialog box works when switching documents, opening and creating documents, etc., while the dialog box is open. To the extent possible, the dialog box automatically updates to list the document properties of the newly activated document.

NOTE: A deficiency in Word may in some situations result in not being able to scroll to the very last item in the document properties list in the Document Properties and DocProperty Fields dialog box. The problem is handled to the extent possible. If the problem occurs, try to switch between long list and short list to fix it.

Correction made to allow the Document Properties and DocProperty Fields dialog box to automatically select the most recently selected custom document property in the list when the dialog box is reopened or activated.
