1) How can I get a trial version of this add-in ?
To obtain a trial version of this add-in please contact us by using the form on this page

2) Would it be possible to download a trial version directly from the website ?
At the moment we are not offering this option.
The main reason is to reduce the chance of the software being tampered with and to simplify the installation process.
It prevents anonymous downloads plus removes all the product key registration overhead.
This means we have more time to focus on customer service and building new features.

3) What versions of Word are supported ?
This add-in works with Word 365 Desktop, Word 2024, Word 2021, Word 2019, Word 2016, Word 2013 and Word 2010.
This add-in works with both 32-bit and 64-bit versions of Word.
This add-in supports different languages.
This add-in will work with Windows 11, Windows 10 and Windows 7.

4) Will this add-in work with Word 2007 ?
Version 5.0 and later versions are not compatible with Word 2007. However, version 4.0 will work with Word 2007.
If you would like to get a copy of version 4.0 please contact us and let us know.

5) What happens after the trial period ?
At the end of the trial the ribbon commands will stop working.
Please contact us at this point though because we may be able to extend the trial period.
If you do not want to continue using the add-in, please follow these instructions on how to uninstall.

6) Once the trial has finished, how can I get the full version ?
We will send you a new version and ask you to uninstall the trial version.
The trial version needs to be removed and replaced with the full version.
We will send you clear instructions on how to do this so the replacement happens automatically.

7) Can I upgrade from a previous version ?
Yes of course just contact us with your order number from your purchase.
Please include the name and email address used during the order process.
Once you buy a perpetual license you can always upgrade to the latest version, at no extra cost.

8) How will I know if there is an update available ?
We will send you an email or alternatively you can check the release notes page.

9) How do I find out what version I have installed ?
The version number is displayed on the About dialog box which can be accessed from the Help menu.

10) Do you offer volume discounts for multiple licenses ?
Yes, refer to the table at the bottom of this page

11) Are there any videos showing how to use the add-in ?
Not at the moment, but we are planning on creating some.

12) Is it possible to install this add-in on several devices with a single license ?
You can only install the add-in on one device.

13) My computer is being replaced with a new one, how can I move the add-in across ?
You can reinstall the add-in using the same file.
