List Toolbar

This toolbar was added in Excel 2003 as a way of updating and publishing lists to a SharePoint site.

Toggle Total Row - Toggles the display of the total row at the bottom of your list.
Synchronize List - Publishes any Excel changes to the SharePoint list and any changes to the SharePoint list to Excel.
Discard Changes and Refresh - Ignores any Excel changes and refreshes with the SharePoint list.
Refresh XML Data - Get the latest data from the source connected to the active cell.
Import XML Data - Import an XML data file.
Export XML Data - Export an XML data file.
XML Map Properties - View or modify XML map properties.
Edit Query - Displays the Query Wizard dialog box when Microsoft Query has bene used or the Edit OLE DB Query dialog box otherwise.
Chart Wizard - Displays the (Insert > Chart) dialog box.
Print List - Prints the active list.
