View Tab

Current View

Change View - Drop-Down. Switch to a different view. The drop-down contains the commands: Compact, Single, Preview, Manage Views, Save Current View As a New View, Apply Current View to Other Mail Folders.
View Settings - Customise the current view using advanced view settings. Advanced view settings include adding and removing fields, grouping, sorting, filtering and formatting.
Reset View - Reset all current view settings to the default settings for this folder.

Messages

Show Conversations - Show messages arranged by conversation.
Conversation Settings - Drop-Down. Change the way conversations are displayed in the message list.

Arrangement

Message Preview - Drop-Down. Use AutoPreview to quickly scan items.
Gallery - Date, To, From, Categories, Show in Groups, View Settings
Reverse Sort - Reverse the sort order of the current view.
Add Columns - Choose which fields are shown in the view.
Expand / Collapse - Drop-Down. Expand or collapse groups in the list.

Layout

Folder Pane - Drop-Down. Show hide or minimise the Folder Pane and show or hide favourites. The drop-down contains the commands: Normal, Minimized, Off, Favourites, Options.
Reading Pane - Drop-Down. Show, hide or change the layout of the Reading Pane. The drop-down contains the commands: Right, Bottom, Off and Options.
To-Do Pane - Drop-Down. Show, hide or minimise the To-Do Bar and choose what is shown. The drop-down contains the commands: Calendar, People, Tasks and Off.

People Pane

People Pane - Drop-Down. Show, hide or minimize the People Pane and configure social network accounts. The drop-down contains the commands: Normal, Minimized, Off and Account Settings.

Window

Reminders Window - Display the "Reminders" dialog box / window.
Open in New Window - Open this folder in a new window.
Close All Items - Closes all additional windows.
