Top of First Page - Bug

When a table is the very first thing in a document you can put the cursor at the start of the first cell to insert a paragraph before the table

However if you have page break and then a table at the top of the next page you cannot use the same approach to insert a new line above the table.
If you have text in the upper-left cell, place the cursor before this text.
In this situation you have to go to the end of the page break on the previous page and press Return.

What is you cant remove the paragraph mark before the table ??
1) Change it to a really small font
2) Format it as hidden text (Format > Font)
3) Format the contents of the first cell as "page break before"
