Version 3.4

This release only includes a few fixes that handle special cases which users would rarely run into. The fixes are listed below:
Fixed issue with style separator not being set to correct value when opening Insert Cross-reference dialog box.
Fixed issue where Check and Repair Cross-references could incorrectly mark a bookmark as missing, e.g. in text with Small caps or All caps turned on.
Fixed issue that could cause a superfluous \p switch to be added to cross-references when using custom text, resulting in fields showing values with "above" or "below" instead of the expected number or text.

Fixed issue that could occur if a style were selected in the Insert Cross-reference dialog box and if, at the same time, a cross-reference field was inserted immediately after another cross-reference field, with no characters between.
In that situation, the selected style could be applied to the preceding field instead of the cross-reference fields that was just inserted.

Fixed issue in 64-bit Office that resulted in an error if clicking the Print Selected Tab and Print All buttons in the Help dialog box.

To speed up the display of the Insert Cross-reference dialog box in documents with tracked changes, the Fix Missing Headings button will now always be shown for headings if revisions are found in the document.
In earlier versions, the button was only shown if deletions were found - but the check for deletions did cost time that is now eliminated.

The Insert Cross-reference and Replace Selection with Cross-reference to Matching Heading commands will now also appear in the context menu when you right-click in text marked as a revision.

Fixed an issue so that Display for Review is now correctly set back to Simple Markup if that display mode was selected before opening the Insert Cross-reference dialog box.

In order to make the Simple Markup fix work, DocTools CrossReferenceManager 3.3 is not compatible with Word 2010 - this will apply to future versions too.
This means that version 3.3 works with Word 2013, Word 2016, Word 2019, and Word for Microsoft 365.
Note that versions 2.0-3.2 work with Word 2010 too.

New command, Replace Selection with Cross-reference to Matching Heading, lets you insert cross-references to headings based on selected text.
This way, you can insert cross-references to headings without first opening the Insert Cross-Reference dialog box.

Improved check for self-references. A self-reference is as cross-references that has itself as the target.

Added fix of problem with cross-references in some situations where targets were removed from the target list by using the Filter field.

Added fix of problem with cross-references in case of pictures or shapes anchored to the selected target item.
Note that an anchored picture or shape appears as a slash, /, in front of the target text in the dialog box.

In order to make it possible to load the Insert Cross-reference dialog box and the Set Cross-reference Defaults dialog box faster, a full list of styles will not be loaded into the dialog boxes unless the user clicks the Style check box or the related list.
This means that the dialog boxes no longer have to wait while retrieving the styles each time the dialog boxes open.
The result is that the dialog boxes open faster, especially in documents with a lot of custom styles.

Fixed a problem in relation to styles with one or more alias names.
Previously, paragraphs using Heading styles with such alias names could appear both in the list of targets for Headings and Custom headings.
