Exception Assistant

This appears when a runtime exception is thrown

An exception is an error that occurs when your application is running.
The Exception Assistant provides information when an unhandled exception occurrs at run-time
The Exception Assistant displays the location of the error and shows tips on how it might be resolved.
(Options > Debugging)("Enable the Exception Assistant")
When this option is disabled it is displayed in a message box instead
