Keep Text Only - Converts the table to tab delimited columns
Keep Source Formatting and Link to Excel - The same as Keep Source Formatting but the data is pasted as a link
Match Destination Table Style and Link to Excel - The same as Match Destination Table Style but the data is pasted as a link
Apply Style or Formatting - (Removed in 2007) Displays the Styles and Formatting task pane so more formatting can be applied

The following options are not available when using the Office clipboard
