Endnotes

An endnote is very similar to a footnote except it occurs at the end of the document.

(References tab, Insert Endnote) (Alt + Ctrl + D)

This will not display the dialog but will take you to the end of the document

Alternatively if you want to display the dialog box you can use the dialog launcher in this group and then press Insert
