Print Preview Tab

This tab was removed in 2010.

Print

Print - (Ctrl + P). Displays the "Print" dialog box.
Options - Displays the "Options" dialog box, Display tab.

Page Setup

You can quickly display the "Page Setup" dialog box, Display tab by clickin on the launcher in the bottom right corner of this group.

Margins - Drop-Down. The drop-down contains the commands: Normal, Narrow, Moderate, Wide, Mirrored, Office 2003 Default, Custom Margins.
Orientation - Drop-Down. The drop-down contains the commands: Portrait and Landscape.
Size - Drop-Down. The drop-down contains the commands: Letter, Legal, A3, A4, A5, B4, B5, US Std, Fanfold, More Paper Sizes.

Zoom

Zoom - Displays the "Zoom" dialog box to specify the zoom level of the document.
100% - Zoom the document to 100% of the normal size.
One Page - Zoom the document so that an entire page fits in the window.
Two Pages - Zoom the document so that two pages fit in the current window.
Page Width - Zoom the document so that the width of the page matches the width of the window.

Preview

Show Ruler - Display the ruler to help measure and line up objects in the document.
Magnifier - Turn the mouse cursor into a magnifying class which can be used to quickly toggle between 100% and Fit Whole Page zoom levels through clicking the document. If you uncheck this option you can edit the document.
Shrink One Page - Attempt to shrink the document by one page by slightly reduving the size and spacing of the text.
Next Page - Navigate to the next page of the document.
Previous Page - Navigate to the previous page of the document.
Close Print Preview -
