Entire Row

This example shows you how to shade the entire row of a table using a condition based on the value in one column.
We want to shade all the rows which have a value greater than 100 in column "G".
Select the cells you want to apply the conditional formatting to, in this case "B3:G8".

Enter Conditions

Press (Format > Conditional Formatting) to display the Conditional Formatting dialog box.
Select the "Formula is" in the first drop-down list and enter the formula "=$G3>100".
We are using an absolute reference to the column G to make sure than all the conditions refer to column "G".
Click the Format button to apply your specific formatting, in this case we are just applying a grey background.
