Reducing the File Size

There are several things that you could try in order to try and reduce the file size of your documents.
0) Don't copy and paste images, insert and link them to a file instead
1) Compress pictures, select (Format > Picture)(Picture tab, Compress)
2) Don't save a preview picture (File > Properties)(Summary tab, untick "save preview picture")
3) Delete any old or previous file versions (File > Versions)
4) Switch off fast saves (Tools > Options)(Save tab, "allow fast saves")
5) Embed only true type fonts that are being used (Tools > Options)(Save tab, "Embed TrueType fonts")
6) Convert embedded objects into graphics
