ScrollBar (scr)

ScrollBar - This control allows the user to drag a button in order to select a value.

Similar to a spin button although the difference is that the user drags a scroll bar to change the underlying value in large increments.
Often useful for selecting a range that varies across a wide range

Horizontal Scroll Bar (hsb)
