Bug - Legend in Reverse Order

When a user creates a stacked column chart, you find the legend order is in reverse order to the order of stacking
This was not a problem in 2003

Description:

If the legend is at the bottom initially
and then you manually move the legend to the right hand side
Chart Tools, Layout Tab, Legend > Show Legend at Right
